NewHome builder sells 50+ homes and $3.8M in a year with an AI web assistant

Smith Douglas Homes, an Atlanta builder, used Verse.ai. 50+ homes sold in under a year, $3.8M in new home sales, a 66% increase in direct sales, $54,515 saved in agent commission fees, and a 15x return on investment. The commission savings means more buyers came direct instead of through outside agents. Eastwood Homes, a North Carolina builder, had its AI web assistant set 192 new buyer appointments. 19% of those appointments turned into contracts. Buyers replied to 85% of the AI follow-up texts and 94% of the Request Visit texts.
