Genz-Ryan, an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shop in Burnsville MN, let Avoca text past customers and book the job. In month one of Avoca Outbound (October 2026) the AI booked 115 jobs. A furnace tune-up text to roughly 400 to 450 customers booked 70 jobs within a couple of hours. Their unsold-estimate follow-up gets a 36% response rate and a 24% booking rate.
